In Borgomanero, Cimberio and Randstad educate operators for specialized utensils machines.

Borgomanero – Turn 16 young unemployed with no competences nor experience in the mechanic industry into specialized users for utensils machines, a high demanded figure in the area, is not an easy job. Yet, this is the aim that Ranstad, world leader in the Human Resources services, in partnership with Cimberio s.p.a decided to meet through an educational process. This  course, which started on February 25th and will end on April 5th , consists of 240 education hours organised among theoretical lessons about mechanic draws reading, measuring tools, usage of traditional and numerically controlled lathes and cutters, programmed ISO bases, and practical sessions hosted in Cimberio s.p.a.

“We came up with this project because we wanted to answer to the local mechanical companies’ demand. This industry is vital for the district and requires specialized profiles, but not always is able to find them – states Anna Mora, Unit Manager from Randstad – the aim is to facilitate and follow up the candidates in the building of competences that can be used in the work-market and in the local industry.
