It was a wonderful adventure; for four days we cherished an amazing dream and for four days the Cimberio name was being mentioned by fans throughout Italy. The adventure at the Coppa Italia’s Final Eight ended with a defeat in the final against Siena, where Vitucci’s players gave in after dreaming of an incredible comeback.
The pride remains for everything achieved so far, and the certainty that the season is still long and will provide a great deal of satisfaction.
For now, we would like to thank the huge number of people who packed the Assago Forum over these past few days to cheer for Cimberio.
