World War II: in Australia a submarine with Cimberio's valves!

This is no fake news: Cimberio is part of a great submarine dating back to World War II, a fascinating machine which has been completely restored, today displayed in the “National Maritime Museum” of Sydney, Australia.

Equipped with complex mechanisms, pumps and temperature and pressure meters, this sea giant with its huge dimensions and sturdiness has always been the symbol of underwater excellence and power. Of course, there were no Cimberio’s valves at the time, they were conceived a little later in time: but Australia’s choice of using them to represent their essential function makes us quite proud.

If you happen to be in Sydney, we strongly recommend paying a visit to the Maritime Museum, where a “part of us” lives. Thanks to our customers for spreading the news!
