Main Responsibilities:
• Operation and Setup of Transfer Machines:
o Setting up and adjusting machines for the production of mechanical parts.
o Loading and unloading workpieces.
o Monitoring machine functionality and machining parameters.
• Quality Control:
o Dimensional inspection of machined parts using measuring instruments (calipers, mechanical drawings, etc.).
o Identifying and reporting defects or anomalies.
o Using vision systems for quality control.
• Maintenance:
o Cleaning and performing routine maintenance on machines.
o Troubleshooting minor technical issues.
o Reporting breakdowns or the need for more complex maintenance work.
• Production Management:
o Independently managing assigned production units.
o Monitoring production times and meeting predefined targets.
o Filling out production reports and related documentation.
• Safety:
o Complying with workplace safety regulations.
o Using personal protective equipment (PPE).
o Reporting any hazardous situations.
Required Skills:
• Technical Knowledge:
o Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools.
o Understanding of the characteristics and operation of transfer machines.
o Knowledge of brass and aluminum materials and mechanical machining processes.
• Practical Skills:
o Preferably, ability to set up transfer machines.
o Ability to operate and manage transfer machines.
o Proficiency in using measuring instruments.

Education:
• Preferably a technical vocational diploma in mechanics or mechatronics.
