Reporting to the Quality Management Department, the position will support activities related to the management of the Integrated Quality System and the control of product and production processes.
Required Skills
• Standards and Regulations – Knowledge of certification standards, particularly ISO 9001.
✓ Support in the revision and drafting of internal procedures to better describe the functional aspects of products and processes/activities.
• Quality Management
✓ Assistance in managing non-conformities (data collection, problem analysis, root cause analysis, closure of the NC, communication with stakeholders).
✓ Support in other quality assurance areas, such as management of measuring instruments.
• Quality Control and Testing
✓ Dimensional inspection using various instruments.
✓ Leak and pressure testing.
✓ Evaluation of production part compliance and acceptance.
✓ Support in analyzing returns and customer complaints.
✓ Laboratory tests and product compliance testing.
✓ Analysis of test results.
• Measuring Instruments – Proficiency in using standard measuring tools (calipers, comparators, plug gauges, etc.).
• Technical Documentation – Ability to draft technical documents, test reports, and reporting documents.
• Software and Databases – Use of company ERP systems, non-conformity and claims database management.
Requirements
• Preferably a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Some experience in similar roles, preferably in mechanical or machining companies.
• Experience in the brass valve sector is a plus.
• Proficiency in computer tools, especially Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel, intermediate to advanced PowerPoint), MS Teams.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Goal-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective interaction with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
