Role Description
As part of the expansion of our IT team, we are looking for a Junior IT Specialist to support activities related to the management of software applications used in the production area, with a focus on ERP systems and the management of product master data and lifecycle. The position will work alongside the IT Manager and production leads in configuring, maintaining, and analyzing production- and product-related data.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain product master data within the ERP system
- Support the implementation of methods and tools for configuring ERP modules related to production (BOMs, routing, codification)
- Extract and analyze data using Excel and SQL queries
- Collaborate with the technical and production departments to support system integration for product lifecycle management (introduction, changes, obsolescence)
- Provide internal user support for company software and management applications
- Document and standardize IT processes
Required Qualifications:
- Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management Engineering, or Industrial fields
- Good knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, advanced functions)
- Basic knowledge of SQL language
- General understanding of production and logistics workflows
- Interest in working on diverse tasks
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team
- Problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement orientation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience, including internships or training, with ERP or management software
- Knowledge of basic concepts such as bill of materials, production cycles, and work centers
- Familiarity with PLM tools or ERP modules for technical product management
- Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, .NET, Java, C++)
