Davide Negri – Industrial Engineering

Ever since I was a kid, I loved science subjects and lived for numbers. I had this dream in mind, and I never changed my mind. Not even when it was time to enroll in university, where I pursued my passion by choosing a field that would allow me not to be confined to an office but to experience the company hands-on, seeing what happens every day.

I’ve always known about Cimberio because a basketball enthusiast like me couldn’t not know this name. I’ve been playing basketball since I was little, and I still have a historic Cimberio jersey at home.

I joined the company because, the day after my interview, I got a callback right away. That made me happy because it made me feel wanted. And once I joined, I found what I hoped to find but didn’t expect: a fantastic work environment, where no one works against you, and everyone is ready to help because we all work for the company’s good, which comes before anything else.

It’s great to work here, and when I talk to my friends, I realize how rare it is to find an environment like this—something never to take for granted.
