A Lifetime at Cimberio

Mirco Teluzzi – Plant Production Manager, Berzonno

Spending thirty-one years here at Cimberio essentially means spending a lifetime in the same place. But above all, it means having seen and experienced everything: the changes, the expansion of the facilities, the people who have come and gone. I remember every detail of my first interview: as a young guy who had just finished school, a man like Mr. Renzo Cimberio was a bit intimidating. But he settled everything with one sentence: “Come back in September and we’ll hire you.” For him, a given word was sacred.

I said that many things have changed over these thirty-one years, but some things have always stayed the same—like the values that guide us every day and make me feel like I’m part of a family. I truly feel like I belong to a company where every person matters and no one is just a number. A company that’s mindful of everyone’s needs—not just those of us who work here, but also of those outside who may not be as fortunate.

Personally, I’m happy to see that Cimberio pays particular attention to social causes, donates to charity, and cares about others. I believe that’s something we should be proud of. Generosity is one of the values I was talking about—certainly one of the most important.
