The numbers of Workplace Safety Formation
2 operational units, 200 employees, 600 hours of formation in the first months of the year. These are the initial numbers on Work Safety and the formation program that Cimberio has created with a yearly path for its employees.
Safety (RLS) and Prevention (RSPP) operators on site enable to monitor possible risks deriving from specific company sectors, both in the offices and production departments: most are mechanical hazards (use of machines and handling) and chemical (use of glues and solvents) hazards.
In addition to these control and monitoring rules, Safety employee formation aims at improving the workplace, offering suitable tools and equipment, but also by teaching workers how to protect their own health at work in an aware way.
